The UK’s leading independent design festival, on our doorstep

Clerkenwell features a wealth of creative businesses, and more architects per square mile than anywhere else on the planet.

Now in it’s 4th consecutive year, Clerkenwell Design Week is a festival celebrating design’s creative richness, its social impact and its power for change.

The main focus of the festival being Architecture, Interior & Product design, with over 50+ showrooms, CDW takes advantage of this creative hub every May for 3 days. This year it will run from Tuesday 21st to Thursday 23rd of May 2013.

There are plenty of things to take a look at, some highlights from last year included Ross Lovegroves ‘Solar Tree’ installation on St. Johns Square, and a bizarre three way Ping Pong table on St. Johns Lane.

Entry to CDW is free, but you will need to register.

This programme has yet to be announced, so keep up to date with CDW on Twitter, @Clerkenwell2013, or on their website www.clerkenwelldesignweek.com.
